14 years! Fourteen years later and women in the United States could finally vote. It’s so interesting to see one of the only woman directors of the time declare through the art of film that women should be taken more seriously.

The flipping of gender roles was actually brilliant. A film so creative and ahead of its time. A film that used the art of cinema in a way that I have never seen so far in this time period. Amazing stuff!

I could watch Robert Pattinson’s Mickey Barnes argue with himself and go through shenanigans for as long as this movie is. While he his performance carried the film, the film itself felt very messy. Heart Eyes
This is probably the perfect movie for Valentine’s Day. It’s got that romantic comedy edge that actually got me to chuckle a bit but it also had that visceral gore of a slasher. From recent memory I can’t recall seeing something like this, and if I had it definitely didn’t leave a good impression like this film did.
