Poor Things 2023
After some thought I don’t agree with reviews saying this is a feminist masterpiece; however, it’s still a masterpiece of cinema in some ways. It showed the audience how men see girls/women in a way that I found very disturbing (especially in the first half), and that’s not honestly a bad thing to disturb audiences with.. I guess 🤷♀️.
I also really liked how sex work was depicted here but I wonder how sex works themselves feel about it?
