  It gave me all of the best feelings out of Little Women and Klaus, with all of the cathartic melancholy of a man called Ove. I was ready to eat my TV just to get close to having what they were having on screen.

  The story really doesn't make sense from a nonlinear perspective nor a theological/spiritual one. It's labeled as "dark comedy" when really it's a drama with a comedic mode.

  Still, some beautiful winter shots. Loved the Coen Brothers-esque approach toward the end in Texas.

  So, I actually hate this movie.
  No film has ever made me so angry and filled with angst than this film.

  I grew up around Disney channel in the early 2000's, and TV movies were all the rage. I was used to seeing a "Disney Channel Original Movie" and expect a hodgepodge of episodes strung together to make a 90-minute feature. That was expected.

  What I never expected was this vacuous pile of garbage.
