    no film has made me feel like this in a while. It feels like Johar’s reflection on his legacy, almost correcting the wrongs of K3G. It acknowledges so many deep-rooted issues in desi culture (misogyny and patriarchy, toxic masculinity, expectations vs dreams, gender expression etc.), and handled it so sophisticatedly. It’s so refreshing to see these issues tackled in a bollywood film, in a way I’ve never really seen before.
