So much potential wasted. The film had a strong appeal at the start. The initial buildup during the first hour was really intense and anxiety inducing, the creeping sense of uneasiness was always just an inch around, that was what had me tensed on my toes during the whole time. Yet the second act came, and everything just fell flat. This film’s execution really fell short, particularly during the half hour of it. If only they could’ve sustained the momentum from the beginning and down the final seconds of the film.
