    Happy Halloween!

If you take this out of the Halloween franchise, it’s a decent movie with a unique plot. When I tried watching this a while ago I stopped 15 minutes in because there was no Michael Myers, but I’m glad I revisited it for the holiday. Carpenter originally wanted the Halloween franchise to be an anthology series which is why this movie has nothing to do with Myers. Halloween III is about a doctor uncovering a sinister secret involving corporation…

    Movie reviews are so back:

A chaotic anxiety driven hilarity roller coaster that makes you crave more. Saturday Night is about the 90 minutes leading up to the first ever episode of Saturday Night Live, an unknown concept at the time that would eventually change the voice of comedy for years to come. Lorne Michaels fights tooth and nail as he rallies the “Not yet ready for prime time players” and tries to make his complicated but enthusiastic vision come to…

I’m not a huge fan of baseball, or even sports, but I was hooked in this movie. Aaron Sorkin does another amazing job at writing a script that really makes you care about the characters and narrative. I found myself almost about to cry at least 3 times, not because it was sad, but because it was powerful and impactful. Along with the writing, the characters were executed really well. Brad Pitt does another amazing job and every character is…

Wasn’t sure about this because I wasn’t too fond of Wedding Crashers but Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson were great in The Internship. The story was a little bit flawed but the message and heart of it was still there. I wasn’t really a fan of Dylan Obriens character type, the “being cynical and sarcastic for no reason” but it didn’t hinder the movie at all. Everything was thoroughly enjoyable and I’d definitely watch again. Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson once again were an enjoyable duo.
