  We ought not to sensationalize our depictions of heroic journalism. Movies best represent the work of outstanding reporters through an objective lens and matter of fact tone.   

  All the President’s Men and Spotlight remain far more compelling and outright inspiring.

  A good movie is like a good dog. Neither the dog featured in this movie nor the movie itself tried to examine the human condition. But that’s not what dogs are for. Both the dog and the movie, however, made me laugh. Both are worthy of praise for a job well done.
