Mirror Mirror 2012
Was nearly a great adaptation - the costume design is outstanding and I love both Lily Collins and Julia Roberts in this. The humour lands in every scene except those with Armie Hammer tbh. Almost definitely more creative than the upcoming live action remake (which again I think is unnecessary unless it adds much new to the story, which this one does).

I love how they do humour in this film, it's so well balanced and the whole setting is perfectly cold and grey that the relationships between the characters stand out that bit more. The characters all feel so real the performances are just fantastic
