  Raw & tragic, what a cast & the short lived performances, it honestly felt like a survival, really gets you thinking. The shots of the Great Plains of old & gorgeous landscapes is a sight to see. Absolute Cinema.

  Following the perspective of the killer in a horror story is a fantastic idea. Shudder is known for gory horrors & it had brutal fire but this didn't feel like horror. Just a normal day of a slasher awoken from his sleep killing a group, felt like an A24 movie. All the cliche tropes were there until the end when it shifts & it turns real thoughtful, self aware in the nature of killers in general. It felt a little all too classic in a way. Real neat camerawork too.
