Won't finish the series even though I only managed to get through the first episode. I can live with cheap looking effects, it's only a TV production after all but mindlessly changing key characters main characteristics and backgrounds is a no go for me... well, what did I expect..?

This movie is a complete disappointment.
The first part understood telling a very intense story in a delicate, very emotional way.
This movie is everything but.
The characters are hollow beings, played by some of the worst actors I've ever seen, just created to fulfill a whole bunch of overly dramatic clichés. And that's what the whole story feels like. Overly dramatic, shallow and full of clichés.
How can the same person that created a masterpiece like Cherry Blossoms deliver something like this?
