Brilliant and gut wrenching acting from hopkins. Amazing plot progression, the movie makes it hard for you to tell fiction from reality and it all comes flooding back in the climax. It WILL leave you in tears, a must watch.

Pi 1998
Shot beautifully with a black and white filter and edited masterfully. A nice look into the mind of an obsessive and paranoid brain. Shows you that the pursuit of absolute knowledge and truth isn’t always a wise choice to make. The ending tells us that letting go and appreciating what’s in front of us gives us better purpose than pursuing meaning and losing sight of who we are in our search of it.
