Honestly pathetic. Is subtlety dead? The characters are all so cartoonish, except for poor Elisabeth. It's all so skitty. The premise is so on the nose and it's just so lazy.
I don't know what I hate more, the movie, or the guy who insisted I watch it after I told him I'm not into body-horror and gory shit.
I watched this around two years ago and tweeted some angry tweet about it then that I can't seem to remember now, and that I am not bothered enough to go looking for.
All I remember is that this Lina Makboul woman is excruciatingly projecting her western morality crisis on the victimized audience. Leila Khalid doesn't deserve this. Neither do we.
