It was so good, Eggsy was really likeable and I was rooting for him the whole time, the colours were beatiful, and the music was great - especially the fight scene to free bird.
The only reasons I’d give this 3 and 1/2 stars instead of 4&1/2 is because I don’t think Roxy was written very well, she got scared at almost everything even though she had proven to be kingsman material, which I think was because she was a woman. And also the bare cheeks at the end. Was that really necessary???😭😭🙏🙏
Jennifer Lawrence’s crying is actually spine chilling. I’m so glad they didn’t make her cry prettily because her performance as it is now is so emotional even just to watch
Really beautiful movie, the colours and shots are incredible, and it feels so natural and real. Really wonderful to watch as a film nerd.
BUT.
…why are people overly romanticising elio and Oliver’s relationship? That shit was weird 😭😭🙏🙏
You can defend it as much as you want but that age difference was criminal
Great movie though, just wish the reviews and blogs about it would actually talk about the weird parts of their relationship
