I do not remember Cinderella having so much attitude lmao, she’s a snarky bitch behind closed doors which is so fair because she’s a literal slave in her own house.

There is something about the old hand drawn animations that just have so much charm to them, I don’t know how you can add so much character to every character through frame by frame stills.

I feel like this gets a little heat for being a little old fashioned but…

I think this movie is incredibly entertaining.

but Alex is such a bad friend and lowkey such a hard character to follow. I’m all for character flaws, but like Alex is just one big flaw?

He is such an awful friend in this movie and makes literally everything about him? LIKE NOT THAT HE KNEW BUT MELMAN WAS LITERALLY DYING???

this movie is not what I was expecting at all.

from the thumbnail and blurb I thought it was gonna be some weird riverdale shit that I would regret.

But holy shit I was on the edge of my seat the whole film, I felt like a detective trying to figure out exactly what was going on in every moment.

the editing in this movie is crazy and super entertaining to watch, the visuals are actually what makes this film…

okay I remember renting this movie out from the library and being absolutely enthralled by it so I searched for fucking ages and finally was able to rewatch it.

    Did not disappoint.

Holy shit it’s good, I know real animals don’t really get used (especially wild animals) in films anymore because it’s cruel but there is something so whimsical about real tigers just doing their thing in front of a camera.

The story is so good, and the small symbolisms in the entire movie is such a fun concept. Like I actually can’t recommend this movie enough for like a feel Good Friday popcorn movie night.
