En regardant cette oeuvre le spectateur s’inflige une expérience horrifique singulière. En effet alors que la réalisatrice aurait pu présenter un film de body horror gore et grotesque, elle préfère se pencher intimement sur le sentiment d’oppression, même au sien de son propre corps. Ici il n’est pas question de juste montrer l’automutilation la plus sanglante mais de nous faire ressentir cette même envie de s’arracher la peau.
