maybe im #toowoke but dont love the idea of the music (with hiphop beats and raps) being used to glorify slave owners (or maybe not glorify, bc he does address it in like... one line in a rap battle, which also turns out to be v hypocritical of a. ham bc the schylers owned slaves)

incredibly boring and quite honestly, dogshit. why is he literally yellow??? why do none of the dogs have a japanese name, despite the fact that we are in Japan (which wes anderson wont let us forget bc he literally shoves Japanese aesthetics down our throats every chance he gets). but even without the use of Japan as a backdrop, the plot was weak, the only redeemable thing about this is the cast and the animation. hello, like what is YOKO ONO doing here???
