  In my college Queer Studies class circa 2005 I did a presentation on the lesbian subtext of this film and almost 20 years later I stand by it. It’s super gay.
  Also an underrated San Francisco classic (Helen’s gorgeous and unrealistic Fort Mason apartment!)
