A fascinating portrait of a period in Robert J. Oppenheimer’s life. Cinematographically the movie is outstanding, and the performances are almost all award worthy. Robert Downey Jr. is wonderful, and Cillian Murphy sinks into the Oppenheimer role, becoming a completely different character than we’ve ever seen him before. I’m a Florence Pugh fan, and she certainly nails it. This is a movie worth watching, at least once.
