I didn't really know what to expect when it came to Megalopolis. I heard from my friend that this movie evokes amateur and "dedicated" filmmaker Neil Breen. I heard that the CGI is on the same level as The Phantom Menace. I heard that this is also Coppola's passion project, and that it shows quite a great deal within this film. I think all three of these musings are correct, but it's an incredibly bloated mess.

Poor Things 2023
Saw Emma Stone won the Oscar for this, so I finally decided to sit down and watch it, and wow, it was great. Stone and the whole crew give great performances. The film is shot really well (huge shout out to the extensive fish eye lens shots) and has a cool artstyle and costume designs. This was also a rare film where I was laughing the whole way through, so huge props to the scriptwriters. All in all, a great watch!
