  It was fine. There wasn’t really anything memorable about it but it’s a serviceable movie. It’s pretty much the same story as the first one. But I can’t say there was really anything wrong with it.

  You would think this movie was the greatest thing since sliced bread based on what the internet thinks, but it was just fine. Really all the sonic movies feel the same to me, but they’re fun nonetheless. Nothing was really funny but I’m glad they did a good job with Shadow. And glad they got rid of the human subplots.

  I was really enamored by everything the movie had to offer basically until the last 20 minutes, where it just started to get really goofy and over the top. Like did we really need to say MONSTRO ELISASUE when the big monster comes in all caps? But all of it was still very impressive. Crazy how good of a performance Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley gave when both of them barely talk for most of the movie. Soundtrack was really cool, all of the makeup and special effects were amazing, and I felt thoroughly grossed out through the whole thing.
