A film so brilliant in addressing the theme of self-love. A very clever way of showing how women can come to hate themselves after everything society constantly repeats to us. Yes, it’s very cliché – all the men on screen are absolutely detestable and disgusting, and everything is so exaggerated that it becomes absolutely ridiculous by the end. But by shocking us like this, it’s a way of showing how absurd all this self-hate is. If we keep going like this, we’re all going to end up as monsters too.

I didn't know much about Georgia before this film. I felt transported to an unknown country and loved discovering a new land through two incredibly endearing protagonists. Despite the hardships of their lives, I laughed a lot thanks to all the eccentric characters who live their lives so detached from my reality.
