Millennium Mambo 2001
Nothing special about their lives ig. For some reason it did not hit me at all. I can imagine so many people like them out there lost and are in toxic relationships I dont see why I should watch them fuck up themselves. But I guess the whole point of it is to get away with everything and in the end nothing really happened. When you look back to it years after it's just like looking at the snowman melt gradually. We somehow still try hard to put our lives together, even if we smoke our lungs off everyday. Cuz that means we're still breathing.

A story about crossing the border. It hits HARD. Heartbreaking in the end to see he's been through so many but still not able to live a peaceful life. The long shots are so beautiful. Love the scene when Rat tries to shoot Orest only to find out “fuck……it’s wet”. Unsettling and helpless.
