  there’s a sequence near the start when Oppy is just learning quantum mechanics and Nolan gives us some cool abstract imagery and Ludwig Göransson’s score is blasting and I have no idea why but that is the moment when I was like “is this my favorite Christopher Nolan movie?”.

  something about Murphy’s performance, right off the bat, is so memorable and layered and feels so much more genuine and complex than a lot of Nolan’s characters often do. watching this…

  the fact that there are like several separate goosebump-inducing moments in this movie... the way that this script is ELITE and still relevant today?? it’s just so so good. I don’t know what else to say about it that hasn’t been said. so yeah: 12 Angry Men! If you haven’t watched it, go watch it now!!
