…… Perhaps the greatest cinematic masterpiece in film history. The combination of character development and ruthless elimination of protagonists sets this 1972 blockbuster film apart from the rest. A 3 hour monster which flies by in a blink as you’re always on the edge of your seat following this intricate mafia family going through a changing of the guards. 5 stars is not enough to express the excellence of this film.
