Stalker is like Beckett making poetry from the unfulfilled landscape and 19th century detritus of a crumbling global superpower.
It might put you to sleep, it might provoke you very personally. But the longer you allow yourself to sit in the setting of this movie the weirder it’ll feel when you’re back in your own skin after its over.
