  all I knew about it was the scene from SpongeBob and that it was directed by Robert Eggers

  was really amazing but definitely a bit long, could have shaved like 30/40 mins off in my opinion. everything else fantastic

  dude this movie was so excellent

  This is what I’ve been wanting from a sci fi epic for so long. Great world building, enthralling political drama, A+ cast and acting. GREAT ACTION!!!

  Seeking Mavis Beacon 2024

  this movie was alright, I feel like it’s an interesting story but it became more a focus on the director and her collaborator instead of actually finding mavis beacon. the interviews were cool, but aside from that I don’t think I’m a fan of documentaries where directors insert themselves.

  This feels like they got budget for a bigger movie before doing more research on mavis beacon and seeing if the story was worth pursuing, not worth a watch.
