  Horrifically hilarious and grotesley morbid.

  The Front Room is an odd melodrama about religion, in-laws and pregnancy. Kathryn Hunter is an insanely comical mess while also being the fear of God to this romp of a movie. Brandy on the other side of Kathryn's performance brings a much needed groundedness to The Front Room. She is us and we are her as she has to fight for her family and home. They are both impactful.
