	•	🧂 Salt - as needed
	•	🌶️ Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
	•	✨ Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
	•	🌿 Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
	•	🍋 Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp
	•	🌱 Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
	•	🌾 Besan (Gram Flour) - 2-3 tbsp
	•	🌾 Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
	•	🛢️ Oil - 1 tsp

Method:

Ingredients I used: - 1 bitter gourd, cut into slices as shown + salt water for soaking - salt to taste - 1/2 tsp turmeric - 2 to 3 tsp red chilli powder (I use a lot to balance out the bitterness, but you can customize as preferred) - 1 tsp coriander powder - 1/2 tsp cumin powder - 1/2 tsp garam masala - 1 tbsp cornflour  - 2 tbsp besan - few tbsp oil for frying   Procedure: - Cut karela into thin slices as shown and soak in salt water for 15-20 mins. - Drain away the water and add all the masalas to the chopped karela pieces.
