This is Simple, delicious and colorful low calorie recipe. These Beetroot Tikki are perfect as starter/snack!

INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup Potato, boiled & grated 
* 1 cup Beetroot, grated 
* ½ cup Onion, Chopped
* 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, chopped 
* 1 tsp Ginger & green chili, chopped
* ½ cup bread crumbs
* ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
* ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
* ½ tsp Chaat Masala
* ½ tsp Salt
* Whole Cashews 
* 2 tbsp Semolina
* 1 tbsp Oil

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a bowl, add boiled & grated potatoes, grated beetroot, onions, coriander leaves and ginger & green chili.
* Now add bread crumbs and other spice powders - red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix it well. Make a dough.

Store it inside airtight container for upto 1 week in refrigerator.
