This is my favorite easy, comforting dish that is actually PACKED with nutrients. 

I just mash sardines packed in extra virgin olive oil, and mix it with some cooked paste and any additions you like! 

Sardines are a great source of omega-3s, B12, calcium and more. 

Adding sardines to my diet did wonders for my hormones and helped my skin so much.
