I added fresh diced tomatoes per some of your suggestions and it was delicious. We usually eat this with @thhsandwiches baguettes, and rice is a great options too. Which brands do you recommend or prefer?   Recipe: Heat pan over medium low heat, then add the following: 1.5 tbsp of veggie oil 1/4 cup of sliced onions  Sardines (one at a time) Tomato sauce from the can Add 2 tbsp of water to the can and pour over the sardines. A sprinkle of salt 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes or more per your preference  1-3 Thai chilies   Cover for a few (5-7) minutes Enjoy with @thhsandwiches baguettes.
