And if you have back pain, leaking, prolapse, and yes, Diastasis - you should be more learning (or taught) about the ways to move that will help your body - not just generalize movements.

The fact is, most postpartum clients can’t squat well. 

Or their squats are wide, hinging from your back, dropping your chest or turned out….

And I’m going to say it - that’s why you love barre and pile squats! You CAN move in those ranges well.

BUT, because you can, doesn’t mean that it helps your body…. 🙈

Typically wide, turned out squats don’t have much range in glute length. And glute length - the ability to lengthen and contract a muscle - is KEY to back pain, leaking and prolapse.
