▶️▶️ For these exercises, you can do 2-3 sets. Use a rep range of 6 to 15 reps per side if unilateral, and 8 to 15 reps if bilateral. For anything with an isometric hold, a 10 to 20 second hold will suffice. To note, this is not meant to be done as a full workout. Pick several exercises.

👉👉 To note, all of these are fundamental exercises where an additional ‘’layer’’ has been added. With all of these, focus on form, NOT chasing after exhaustion!!
