Not my doing 🥴) is a fantastic beginner-friendly strengthening move that you should be doing. In fact, I’ve been strength training for well over 20 years, and I STILL do these almost every day!   What I love about this style of squat:   ✅ It takes your classic “air squat” for your legs and gets your upper body involved  ✅ It trains your upper back muscles (posture muscles), which NEED IT BADLY!   ✅ It improves your mobility/flexibility because when your arms are folded up, your hips have to work harder to sink down.   Basically, it’s a win-win all around.
