My fave 6 hip stretches. Although I think it is important to create dynamic movement, static has a time and a place too. Especially if you are trying to wind down at night, or create more space for yourself in the morning. Regardless, you are going to feel great doing these 💕

It is also helping me out in the gym by increasing my range of motion, allowing me to get deeper in movements like the squat, which is helpful to better target my glutes. 🍑

This dynamic stretch / exercise will help improve your ankle, hip / hip flexor mobility while improving your balance and strengthening the muscles around the knees and hips. 🦵
