It works out your quads, glutes, hamstrings, upper back, lower back, traps, shoulders, triceps, grip, biceps, and core. If you try the rep ranges, sets , and rest times I suggested in the reel itself, it also is an excellent tool for fat burning as long as your diet is in check. By the end of this exercise, which by the way is easy to learn, you’ll be left drenched in sweat and gasping for air as your muscles feel heavy and fatigued.
