-1 block firm tofu 
-1 carrot need
-1 spring onion 
-2 garlic cloves 
-2 to 3 tbsp flour
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-1/2 tbsp cornflour 
-salt and pepper to taste

-1 tbsp soy sauce

-1/2 cup veg stock
-juice of 1/2 lime
-1 tbsp brown sugar

-cooked sushi rice, sesame seeds, spring onion and kimchi for garnish.

👇🏾method👇🏾
-mash the tofu with the minced garlic, spring onion, soy sauce, seasonings and grated carrot until smooth.
-add the flour, cornflour and salt n pepper then combine and form into balls which you can air fry, bake or fry until browned and crispy.
