When you have a noodle craving, this recipe will come in handy! Using TJ’s frozen Japchae, you can have a delicious meal ready in under 30 minutes. 

Although TJ’s Japchae is tasty, it only has 1g of protein. That’s why this month, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite pre-made meals from the store, and together, we will make them macro-friendly. 

By adding more vegetables, shrimp, and tofu, this Japchae now contains 32g of protein per serving💪🏽.

•1 frozen Japchae (TJ brand)
•4 tbsp water
•1 cup spinach
•4 oz mushrooms, chopped
•1/2 cup shredded carrots 
•3 oz tofu, cubed 
•14 pieces large shrimp (deveined, peeled, and pat dry)
•Green onion (garnish)
•Sesame seeds (garnish)
