Tattoo headcanons
If the Bishops could get tattoos here’s what I think they would get!
Leshy: A heart with “mom” inside it on his arm. He does not know his mother, he was adopted by the old faith as an infant but good god he’d want that tattoo.
Kallamar: He would want to get all of his sibling’s names tattooed on his back but chickened out a few minutes into the first one so now he just has “Sham” tattooed on his back in a plain font.
Shamura: They knew exactly what they wanted and went for it, they have two full sleeves of spiderweb designs that they designed all by themself and just had the tattoo artist follow their instructions. They also have Narinder’s name tattooed over their heart and every time they remember they have it it makes them a little bit sad.
Heket: She has no tattoos, she thinks tattoos are a sign of weakness or something and so refuses to get one. That her siblings know of at least. She definitely has one hidden tattoo she never told anyone about and had the tattoo artist sacrificed so no living person would know about it.
Narinder: He wouldn’t want anything big so he would just get a lot of small things that don’t matter to much to him, a tramp stamp, something on his ankle, a word on his bicep, mostly just little nothings he got because he randomly felt like it. The one tattoo he has that has any meaning to him is Shamura’s name tattooed over his heart and whenever he remembers it it makes him very sad.
Narinder and Shamura definitely got their tattoos together right before Narinder turned and it was overall a bittersweet experience because at that point they both would have known what was about to happen but neither would want to say anything about it, they would just want something to remember each other by when everything went wrong
Hey babes, new tragic headcanon dropped 💕
So, Narinder, The One Who Waits is chained up in the afterlife, when you die you go to him! So with that info he had to get there somehow and I think it was his siblings killing him. I think Leshy, Heket Kallamar and Shamura killed him, thought they were done, sighed a breath of relief mixed with sadness that they had finally struck down the horrible monster their brother had become only for him to start trying to come back from the death. Imagine the panic as they start to feel the Red Crown returning, imagine Shamura who had just killed their favorite sibling realizing it wasn’t over and they had to once again defeat him this time without killing him!
They liked him then had to go to the afterlife and beat him again just to be able to finally stop him.
Imagine how much that must have hurt! To have to beat him TWICE! The moment of relief that they had been able to kill him without getting to hurt themselves then realizing he wasn’t completely defeated yet and they had to beat him again then come out of that real battle with life changing wounds.
Ouch
The relationship between Narinder and Shamura will always mean so much to me I don’t even know how to put words to it.
First off it seems to me like out of all the bishops they were the closest! Which makes Narinder’s betrayal hurt Shamura that much more! Then the fact that Shamura was the one that put Narinder in chains hurts so much more!
Add on top of that fact that it was in their fight with Narinder that their skull was split open, their last moment as themself before they were changed forever was spent putting their closest sibling in chains.
Shamura’s story is a tragedy.
Then look at all the other bishops, they all feared death, they knew they would see Narinder again after they died and they feared. Kallamar specifically begged the Lamb to not send him to Narinder! Shamura accepted it, they accepted their fate, they definitely went down fighting but they didn’t have a moment of fear! They say that they are not what they used to be but they are still themself and still present, they say so themself.
In fact they seem almost relieved to die, to get to see Narinder again.
Shamura’s story is one of tragedy and loss and regret and pain. Narinder will always be my favorite (ex)bishop but Shamura will always have a close place in my heart because of the pain they went through and the loss they felt

I am so hyperfixated on Cult of the Lamb it HURTS
The One Who Waits is a big scary god of death until you get him into water and he turns into a wet cat with a death wish
A little bit ago I was really zoned out scribbling on a level of paper and when I came back to myself I found this written on my leg in much better handwriting then I usually have!!!

Maybe this is turning into an obsession
OMG that’s so them 💕
(“Them” refers to the Lamb and Narinder and “that” refers to a song about a toxic relationship)
Should I post update photos for my cosplay of The One Who Waits or do some waiting myself and just post it all at once whenever I have it all put together?
