Serves 1 200 gms paneer 1/2 cup thick yoghurt/hung curd 1 tbsp paprika/red chilli powder Salt to taste 2 tsp garlic, finely chopped 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp lemon zest Mix all the ingredients together & coat your paneer well.
