Fat Liberation Mini Zine
You've always wanted to spread the word about Fat Liberation, but didn't know how? Well, you and me both. And then a few months ago I had the idea to use the results of my research to create a mini zine, intended to inform people about some of the basics of Fat Liberation. And now it's finally done!
While I did my research on Fat Liberation in the US, I don't actually live there and wanted to make a zine that fits more accurately for Germany. Most parts are still identical, but especially when it comes to literature or modern day organisations, there are some differences.
(It comes in an English and a German version.)
Guessing that the picture quality might not be very sufficiant for printing these out, you can get a PDF version here. The folder also includes a Word document version, in case anyone wants to translate it or use it as a basis to create a version specific to their own country.
Here you can see how to properly fold it into a mini zine:
You can print as many of them as you want and spread them whenever you want - hand them out at events, ask your local businesses to display them, sneak them into books in your local library or bookshop, ...
A big thank you to @fatliberation for offering advise and a ton of research of their own to help me out in creating this. (The flag on the front page is also their design 💙🐋)
ive gotta say people on the internet being honest about what they find hot in people's bodies and behaviors has done more for my body image issues than any body-positivity mantra ever. thank you people on the internet for being horny about literally every possible part and variation of the human body and for sharing it
i would rather hang out with a thousand feedists and fat "fetishists" than even one so-called ally wailing and gnashing their teeth about the evils of *checks notes* finding fat people hot.
and im not even talking abt people who buy into diet culture or are actively hostile to fatness. i mean the self-proclaimed fat allies who will bust down your door to yell abt how fatness shouldn't be sexualized actually, how it's dehumanizing and bad to find fat people hot because of our fat bodies. that our fatness should be merely incidental to what makes us attractive, rather than a feature of that hotness.
Big fan of “I can’t help myself” weight gain
As someone with BDSM interests as well as feedism, I’m all about two BDSM themes showing up more often in feedism:
1) Safe words - If I’m enjoying stuffing you silly, “stop” is just going to make me wanna keep going. Safe words are important! Establish them beforehand, maybe have one that serves as a warning (”I’m getting close to my limit”) and one that means you’re done. Respect the safe word!!!
2) Aftercare - Intense stuffing, teasing, and maybe even physical pain (slapping or pinching their belly, restraining them, etc) require a recovery and reconnect afterward. How are you each feeling? What do you need? Water? Rest? Watch an episode of a funny show together? Cuddling?
These things can also be done over skype/text and they’re still important in those cases as well. A scene is a scene is a scene.

A hungry boy who denies being hungry but all he can think about is how badly he wants to be stuffed full of sweets and heavy foods until he can slip into a food coma with your hands giving him tummy rubs
some people really just look better fat
worldbuilding in bdsm kink fic is like "here's 17 pages of elaborate biochemical and geopolitical reasons why it's absolutely essential that these specific boys get tied up and whipped" and then worldbuilding in feedism kink fic is like. um 😳 wh. what if 🫣😖🥵 what if the world didn't hate fat people
Shoutout to soft men, to emotional men, to submissive men, to sensitive men that cry a lot and need lots of cuddles. Shoutout to men who need closeness and care and sweetness so they know they’re safe and loved and cherished. Shoutout to men who just want to be told they’re beautiful once in awhile, who would like getting flowers or romantic dates but might feel like they can’t ask. Shoutout to men in general because they are gorgeous and deserve good things.
