Here it is my lovely @sarawritestories!! Your present for the gift exchange. Do you know how hard it was to write this without telling you it was me?? I'm horrible at keeping secrets.
Hope you have just as much fun reading it as I did writing it.
Summary:A lot can happen in three days. Especially when Nesta gets snowed in at her sister's house for the holidays.
(or what would have happened if Nesta and Cassian didn't get together in ACOSF)
WC:4.2k
Warnings: Some negative self thinking, alcohol use. Angsty fluff.
Surprise @fieldofdaisiies it's me!! Your secret Santa!!
I think you are so sweet and cool and talented and I was so excited to see that I got your name! ☺️
For the first part of your gift, here is Azris in a field of daisies 💛 (tap/click the image to see with better quality!)
How they ended up here will be revealed in the mini fic that goes with it, coming soon!
I put a dagger on the book cover as if Eris is reading a thriller or maybe a mystery, and Az has definitely figured out all of the twists by reading over his shoulder but of course he won't say anything 🤭 and yes, he is wearing a flower crown 🌼
it's been a long time since I've drawn Eris with long hair but you may have turned me over to the long hair side with this! I ended up loving his red nails too.
I hope you like it! Part 2 is coming soon!!
Thank you so much to everyone who participated in this year's gift exchange! We're in the process of finalizing the masterlists so that you can all have a wonderful selection of works to enjoy over your holidays!
You talented folks went all out this week, and we are so grateful for all of your efforts! With that in mind, thanks to the sheer amount of gifts, human error, and tumblr's finicky tag system, it's highly likely we may have missed some things. We promise it wasn't intentional! If your gift hasn't been reblogged by us yet, please reach out to your mod so we can rectify it!
And stay tuned for the 2024 masterlists! ❤

Write's Notes: I want you to know that I had no idea what I was doing in this chapter. I’m an avid smut reader but I had never written smut myself for the consumption of others so I gave this chapter my all! 😂 Let’s just say, this chapter has no plot! I was even editing this TODAY and ended up adding even more to it because I’m a menace to society 😂 Anyway, ENJOYYYY @thevalkyriesshadow @acotargiftexchange
Warnings: This three-chapter story contains mature content such as smut in the third chapter. Reader discretion is advised. Age advisory 18+
Gwyn waltzed her way back to the sofa, playfully twirling and dancing in her peony-colored dress until she reached the living room, where she dropped next to Azriel, who was turning on the closed captions on the television. If there was one thing Azriel was really good at, it was being attentive to others' needs—definitely not his own, considering he should have paid more attention to his landing earlier when jumping off the roof. Not his smartest move. That aside, Azriel was good about paying attention to the small things those around him preferred, especially Gwyn. She was his other half, and it went without saying that Azriel was head over heels for her.
To Azriel, Gwyn wasn’t sunshine or daisies, she was like a droplet of rain. She was gentle to the touch and refreshing to the taste, and by gods was that taste addicting. A smile painted the corner of his lips as she nestled on the sofa. He knew for certain that Gwyn couldn’t watch a single show or movie without the closed captions or subtitles on. She’d mentioned to him once when they first started seeing each other that she liked knowing what the background characters were saying or doing as the captions clued the viewer in on tiny, hidden secrets one wouldn’t traditionally catch by simply listening. A theory that he tested to be true and had indulged her since. Hence, why he was making sure their movie included captions.
This is the story of Lucien Vanserra, as told in his own words, of his journey through his immortal life. Lucien recounts how he, a vampire, fell in love with the radiant and innocent Tamlin and how he destroyed both of their lives.
Finally, the time has come for your main gift @yaralulu for this year's @acotargiftexchange. This is the first of five chapters, so I hope you are seated and ready for bloody and toxic yaoi! Special shoutout to @olenvasynyt in this chapter, hope you like it and thank you for the inspiration!
TAGS: Explicit (oh yes, there will be smut), Lucien Vanserra/Tamlin, Alternate Universe - Vampire. More tags to be added along with new chapters.

A special gift for @bonecarversbestie! I hope you love it. I had so much fun getting to know you via your answers to my questions and creating something special for you. Thank you for all the fun and joy you bring to our corner of the internet year round.
Also thank you to @climbthemountain2020 for being my beta and @popjunkie42 for yelling at me to write as needed.
Elain hated the smell of Autumn Whiskey. And firewood. And damn. Okay, the cinnamon smelled good. As a newly avid baker, she couldn’t deny that sweet and spicy cinnamon scent smelled delicious. Feyre always encouraged her to try to trust and rely on her new fae senses. Instead, Elain took the barest whisper of a breath, focusing on inhaling through her mouth so she could block out that scent.
Across from her, sumptuous lips downturned into a subtle frown for the briefest moment before correcting into a casual, amiable smile. Her heart skipped a beat in answer, and she knew he noticed that too. Damn it. He looked beautiful, too.
Firelight danced around Lucien, as if drawn to him. The gleaming orange and reds of his hair cascaded down his back, blending with the rich silk of his maroon jacket. It was too fine for the occasion, subtle threads of gold interwoven in the fabric, creating an eye-catching material that only highlighted his ethereal, imminently fae appearance. The glimmer of gold dangled from his ear, gently swaying with his movements.
A low rumble emanated from him as he chuckled at some quip from Rhys.
Elain began to feel dizzy from low shallow breaths, her heart fluttering as it fought to beat in time with Lucien’s. She forced her mind inward, as if she could force her heart to thrum in the rhythm she willed it. Closing her eyes was a mistake, because now she could feel that tug of the bond, urging her to move closer to him, to crawl onto his lap like a cat.
She opened her eyes and forced herself to focus on the conversation at hand as she sipped at the mostly empty wine (not whiskey) in her glass. Rhys smirked slyly at her as if he read her thoughts. Perhaps he had.
Elain’s irritation only heightened when she became aware of the subject of conversation – Vassa. Of course, Lucien would spend his time with herand her sister talking about Vassa. She didn’t want him to talk to her, and yet that annoying spike of jealousy pricked at her all the same.
“At Summer Solstice.”
“Surely they wouldn’t notice one fae amongst all those people?” Feyre spoke to him with an indignant tone. Elain scoffed against her will.
Sensing an opportunity to defend Elain, Nesta rallied to her side. “They’ll notice, Fey. Look at him” She gestured at Lucien disdainfully.
It was true. Anyone would look at Lucien, tall and with that unnaturally bright hair and the golden whirring eye, and never mistake him as human. He would have the humans either cowering in fear or raising their weapons with his first step into their territories.
That the Nolans, of all people, chose to tolerate his presence on the human side of the wall was something she didn’t understand. Often, she suspected it was spite towards her that encouraged the Nolans to let him eat and sleep in their own, admittedly shabby, manor.
She would notice him anywhere, certainly.
“You think I’m a lost cause then?” Lucien leaned back in his chair as he said it, relaxed, as if it was not the first time he’d been told as much. He crossed his ankle easily over one knee, his elbow on the back of his chair, awaiting Feyre's judgement.
“I think you could make it work, with a well-placed glamour and some” she paused as she wrinkled her nose in thought “adjustments.”
