It just takes a little creativity, particularly when it comes to ab work. 💡 The Overball is one of my favorite props for spinal fusion ab work. Instead of trying to force a fused spine into traditional sit-ups or crunches (🚫 which is just NOT wise and could be unsafe 🚫), use the ball to create a challenge! 😉 Lying on an unstable surface can "trick" abdominal muscles into firing up-- no crunches or twisting required. 💗 Let me know what you think if you try these!
