Main tips: ✅ Maintain a straight neutral back ✅ Keep your chin slightly tucked ✅ put all the weight in your working leg (drive through the heel) ✅ create a 90 degree angle as you thrust your hips up ✅ Hold it at the top for at least a second before going down If these aren’t in your leg days, I suggest you add them.
