Samples were taken using a purposive sampling method with certain criteria, during the study period. Based on the criteria set by panel data usage, 64 data can be processed. The analytical method used is panel data regression and moderated regression analysis which is processed using Eviews 10. The result of this study indicated that: (1) independent commissioner has no effect on the occurrence of tax avoidance. (2) institusional ownership has a negative effect on the occurrence of tax avoidance. (3) audit committee has a negative effect on the occurrence of tax avoidance. (4) independent commissioner moderated through profitability does not affect tax avoidance. (5) institusional ownership moderated through profitability influences and strengthens tax avoidance. (6) audit committee moderated through profitability influences and weakens tax avoidance.

Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan, secara parsial variabel promosi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dimana t hitung 1,565 < t tabel 1,987 dan tingkat signifikansinya 0,121 > 0,05. Variabel desain kemasan secara parsial berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dimana t hitung 1,374< t tabel 1,987 dan tingkat signifikansinya 0,173 > 0,05. Secara simultan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 5,137 > F tabel 3,10 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,008 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H a diterima artinya bahwa promosi dan desain kemasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Based on data analysis and discussion, partially the promotion variable has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions where t count 1.565 <t table 1.987 and the significance level of 0.121> 0.05. The packaging design variable partially has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions where tcount 1.374 <ttable 1.987 and the significance level of 0.173> 0.05. Simultaneously obtained Fcount of 5.137> Ftable 3.10 with a significance level of 0.008 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that promotion and packaging design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 10.5% means that the promotion and packaging design variables have little influence on purchasing decisions. The conclusions of this study are (1) Promotion has a positive effect but not significantly on purchasing decisions, (2) Packaging design has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) Promotion and packaging design simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) Variable promotion and small packaging design influence on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of frontliner performance on customer satisfaction at a private bank in Jakarta through self-efficacy, engagement, and the ability of frontliners. By using descriptive quantitative method. through proportional random sampling. The data was processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the AMOS 24 application. With a sample of 212 people, the results showed that self-efficacy, engagement and ability had a positive and significant effect on performance. The higher and professional the self-efficacy, engagement, and ability of the banking frontliners, the higher the performance of the bank's employees. And the higher the performance of the frontliners, the more satisfied banking customers will be in receiving the services provided.
