They teach at Bodyline because of the mentoring I give them. This does not mean just new exercises or how to teach injured bodies. Part of my job is developing their voice and helping them become the best teacher they can be. Pilates teachers are generally creative people and they need to be able to experience a creative process as they teach. You can not expect them to teach like robots with too many rules. It is not sustainable and they will become unhappy. Bodyline is an energy field. Unhappy teachers are felt by everyone. At the same time I’m building a brand. My staff are employees.
