So many options in there for all around leg work.  What makes this series challenging is the overall coordination to pull the springs from a different direction than a student is used to and the stability it requires from the shoulder girdle.  I would say this series gets progressively challenging, so I typically teach the first few exercises in this set, and see how everyone responds to the balance challenge and concept behind the moves, and then decide whether I’m going to add more.  The hip mobility “break” that’s built into the middle feels SO good.  I’m on a B spring here.
