To realize these goals, local governments must hold governments that satisfy customers. However, the implementation of innovations based on Total Quality Management has not yet reached the level of perfect solutions. By realizing this, we need a service model that is able to provide satisfaction to customers both internal and external customers. This study aims to examine the service model of the West Sematera regional government sector. The study was conducted using quantitative approach with a survey strategy. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. The study population was all employees (internal customers) and the public (external customers) who used the Pariaman City Population and Civil Registry Service. The research sample amounted to 225 respondents. For internal customers determined using saturated sample techniques. Whereas external customers are determined using proportional stratified random sampling. Data that has been collected is processed using t-test and multiple regression. This study states that the service model that has been tested can be used to measure customer satisfaction both internally and externally.

The objective of this paper to prove the effect of driver service on the level of passenger satisfaction. This research used a quantitative method with a survey strategy. The research population is Passenger of public transportation in route Mandailing Natal to Panyabungan Selatan. The sample was selected with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The measurement of the sample is 295 respondents. The sample was certain with the Slovin formula in a 5% standard of error. Then, data was collected with a questionnaire instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed with regression in t-test and F test. This research was found that service quality by the driver has a direct effect on passenger satisfaction in partial and simultaneous.

To carry out its task, competent officers are needed to provide satisfaction in service as an effort torealize a good condition of social environtment in public service. In the service process during service is important. Customers always demand fast, uncomplecated and low cost of service. For thats demand fulfilled, professionalism must be build to create the social fair and safe. The aims of research to prove that customer satisfaction is not only influenced by service quality but can be influenced by other factors. It also prove that the customer satisfaction important in realize good social environtment at a good public service. Method of research used quantitative with survey approach. Data obtained using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data was collected from 394 respondent and processed using version 20.0 SPSS application. This study use professionalism as independent variable, customer equity as dependent variable and responsiveness as intervening variable. Result of study finded indications that there has a direct positive influence on professionalism and responsiveness to customer satisfaction. However, responsiveness variables can be predictor variables that give indirect positive effect professionalism to customer satisfaction.

This employee's perceptions was demanded that the employees must exhibit their capability which representation through professionalism and timeliness of employees. The novelty of this research is responsiveness as an intervening variable to increase public service. The ability of the employee to solve customer problems also to be customer assessment of service quality, especially in terms of responsiveness. Indepth, good service describe an employee's timeliness in responding to customer needs, which one aspect to realize customer satisfaction. The objective of this research is to prove the implementation of professionalism and timeliness in increasing customer satisfaction through responsiveness as an intervening variable. This research used a quantitative method with a survey strategy. The research is located at the Class II Immigration office of Agam, West Sumatera. Data was collected using a valid and reliable questionnaire. Then, Data was analyzed using path analysis. The result of the research explains that there are influences of professionalism and timeliness as direct and indirect toward customer satisfaction.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan strategi yang tepat untuk melakukan tata kelola kolaboratif dalam pemerintahan. Adanya strategi yang tepat diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah dalam persoalan tata kelola kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan strategi library research. Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan bahwa ada berbagai macam proses dalam collaborative governance yang dapat digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Melalui Collaborateive governance, diharapkan adanya persepsi yang sama oleh pihak lembaga publik dan stakeholder dalam melihat suatu permasalahan sehingga bisa dipecahkan secara bersama. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa adanya strategi kolaborasi dalam pemerintahan tidak dilihat dari hasil, namun adanya model yang tidak hanya bertumpu pada proses saja atau hasil saja. Semen Padang, West Sumatra. This research used quantitative methods and was supported by qualitative data. Data were collected quantitatively from samples selected using Simple Random Sampling. Qualitative data was collected with observation and interview with purposive sampling technique. The population of PT. Semen Padang employees are 1924 people. The sample was calculated using Slovin's formula (error of 5%) and consisted of 331 samples. The initial hypothesis in this research consisted of seven hypotheses. This study found a significant influence of a corporate culture that consists of six variables of work culture in improving employees' performance at PT. Semen Padang. This study also found other factors that affect employees' performance. This study offers managers at PT. Semen Padang the key to increasing their employees' performance. The essence of this study is to prove that there is a significant influence of corporate cultures in improving employees' performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh budaya kerja dan kualitas pelayanan dalam membentuk kepuasan masyarakat. Pengaruh dilihat secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian dilakukan pada transportasi umum di Kawasan pariwisata Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuanititatif. Data diambil dari 300 orang responden yang telah dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data was collected using a valid and reliable questionnaire. Then, Data was analyzed using path analysis. The result of the research explains that there are influences of professionalism and timeliness as direct and indirect toward customer satisfaction.

Untuk menyeimbangkan tersebut, maka pemerintah tidak bisa bekerja sendiri, dan harus melibatkan stakeholders. Collaborative Governance hadir sebagai konsep baru agar adanya kesinambungan antara lembaga publik (pemerintah dengan stakeholder yang terkait. Hal ini jelas untuk membantu pemerintah dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Namun pada saat ini, seringkali tata kelola kerjasama tersebut kurang tepat, sehingga adanya kolaborasi tidak mampu mencapai tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan strategi yang tepat untuk melakukan tata kelola kolaboratif dalam pemerintahan. Adanya strategi yang tepat diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah dalam persoalan tata kelola kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan strategi library research. Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan bahwa ada berbagai macam proses dalam collaborative governance yang dapat digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Melalui Collaborateive governance, diharapkan adanya persepsi yang sama oleh pihak lembaga publik dan stakeholder dalam melihat suatu permasalahan sehingga bisa dipecahkan secara bersama. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa adanya strategi kolaborasi dalam pemerintahan tidak dilihat dari hasil, namun adanya model yang tidak hanya bertumpu pada proses saja atau hasil saja. Model yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi tepat dalam mencari solusi tata kelola kolaboratif suatu pemerintahan.

Semen Padang, West Sumatra. This research used quantitative methods and was supported by qualitative data. Data were collected quantitatively from samples selected using Simple Random Sampling. Qualitative data was collected with observation and interview with purposive sampling technique. The population of PT. Semen Padang employees are 1924 people. The sample was calculated using Slovin's formula (error of 5%) and consisted of 331 samples. The initial hypothesis in this research consisted of seven hypotheses. This study found a significant influence of a corporate culture that consists of six variables of work culture in improving employees' performance at PT. Semen Padang. This study also found other factors that affect employees' performance. This study offers managers at PT. Semen Padang the key to increasing their employees' performance. The essence of this study is to prove that there is a significant influence of corporate cultures in improving employees' performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh budaya kerja dan kualitas pelayanan dalam membentuk kepuasan masyarakat. Pengaruh dilihat secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian dilakukan pada transportasi umum di Kawasan pariwisata Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuanititatif. Data diambil dari 300 orang responden yang telah dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. One of the unique land Transportation's mode is public transportation as transportation in a large area. Generally, the management of public transportation is carried out by the private sector but does not make public transportation provide better service. The complaints that often occur in this mode are the tendency that people do not obey traffic rules, passenger capacity that is not following what they should, pickpockets and others. The objective of this paper to prove the effect of driver service on the level of passenger satisfaction. This research used a quantitative method with a survey strategy. The research population is Passenger of public transportation in route Mandailing Natal to Panyabungan Selatan. The sample was selected with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The measurement of the sample is 295 respondents. The sample was certain with the Slovin formula in a 5% standard of error. Then, data was collected with a questionnaire instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed with regression in t-test and F test. This research was found that service quality by the driver has a direct effect on passenger satisfaction in partial and simultaneous.

Transparency (Transparansi) Transparansi terkait dengan keterbukaan perusahaan akan informasi yang material dan relevan serta keterbukaan dalam melaksanakan proses pengambilan keputusan. Dalam menjalankan fungsinya, semua partisipan harus menyampaikan informasi yang material yang sesuai dengan keadaan sebenarnya dan informasi tersebut harus mudah diakses oleh pihak yang berkepentingan. 2. Accountablity (Akuntabilitas) Akuntabilitas merupakan kejelasan fungsi, struktur, sistem, dan pertanggungjawaban partisipan perusahaan sehingga pengelolaan perusahaan terlaksana secara efektif sesuai dengan hukum, peraturan maupu standar moral dan etika yang diterima secara umum. 3. Responsibility (ketanggapan) Dalam menjalankan fungsinya, setiap partisipan harus tanggap dan antisipatif terhadap permintaan atau umpan balik dari pihak yang berkepentingan dan terhadap perubahan yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perusahaan. Fairness (keadilan/kesetaraan) Keadilan/kesetaraan dalam memenuhi hak-hak stakeholder yang ada berdasarkan perjanjian serta peraturan perundangan yang berlaku. Prinsip ini menekankan bahwa semua pihak minoritas maupun mayoritas harus diperlakukan sesuai dengan aturan yang ada.
