Este artículo describe la importancia de utilizar las TIC y más concretamente las redes telemátic... more Este artículo describe la importancia de utilizar las TIC y más concretamente las redes telemáticas de comu-nicación en la construcción significativa del conocimiento. Los autores plantean las aportaciones más resaltantes desde las corrientes cognitivas y constructivistas al aprendizaje a través de las redes telemáticas, centrándo-las en cuatro grandes aspectos: el diseño de materiales formativos, la aplicación de estrategias específicas para la formación, la creación de comunidades virtuales para el aprendizaje y la instauración de entornos diferenciados y específicos. Se concluye que la perspectiva constructivista nos abre una visión de abordar las actividades y el trabajo en la red, de manera diferente a las tradicionales, donde la actividad, la interacción con los materiales y los compañeros, y la implicación personal se convierten en elementos básicos para la cons-trucción del conocimiento. Palabras clave: Redes telemáticas de comunicación, TIC, comunidades virtuales, teorías cognitiva y constructivista.

The emergence of massive open online course (MOOCs) has been a turning point for the academic wor... more The emergence of massive open online course (MOOCs) has been a turning point for the academic world and, especially, in the design and provision of training courses in Higher Education. Now that the first moments of the information explosion have passed, a rigorous analysis of the effect of the movement in high-impact scientific world is needed in order to assess the state of the art and future lines of research. This study analyzes the impact of the MOOC movement in the form of scientific article during the birth and explosion period (2010-2013) in two of the most relevant databases: Journal Citation Reports (WoS) and Scopus (Scimago). We present, through a descriptive and quantitative methodology, the most significant bibliometric data according to citation index and database impact. Furthermore, with the use of a methodology based on social network analysis (SNA), an analysis of the article’s keyword co-occurrence is presented through graphs to determine the fields of study and research. The results show that both the number of articles published and the citations received in both databases present a medium-low significant impact, and the conceptual network of relationships in the abstracts and keywords does not reflect the current analysis developed in general educational media.

Las universidades no deben mantenerse al margen y experimentar con este tipo de iniciativas en la que estos entornos se revelan como innovadores, constructivistas, globalizadores y dinamizadores.
A través de este documento, se explica la puesta en funcionamiento, desarrollo y evaluación de una acción formativa organizada por el Instituto de Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Sevilla y dirigida a docentes universitarios de diversas titulaciones. El objetivo principal era explicar lo que son los Entornos Personales de Aprendizaje (PLE) y a diseñarlos mediante la herramienta Symbaloo con la finalidad de incorporarlos a su metodología de enseñanza.
The scientific community is watching the creation and implementation of new teaching custom spaces through internet. Universities should not stand by and experience with this type of initiative in which environments reveal themselves as innovative, constructivist, globalizing and facilitators.
Through this document, explain the commissioning, development and evaluation of a training organized by the Institute of Educational Sciences of the University of Seville and aimed at teachers college in various degrees. The main objective was to explain what Personal Learning Environments (PLE) are and design them using Symbaloo in order to incorporate them into their teaching methodology.

La irrupción de los cursos MOOC (Massive Online Open Courses) ha supuesto un punto de inflexión e... more La irrupción de los cursos MOOC (Massive Online Open Courses) ha supuesto un punto de inflexión en el mundo académico y, especialmente, en el diseño y oferta de cursos formativos en la Educación Superior. Una vez superado el primer momento de explosión informativa, se precisan análisis rigurosos sobre la repercusión del movimiento en el mundo científico con más alto impacto para valorar el estado de la cuestión y las líneas de investigación futuras. El presente estudio analiza el impacto del movimiento MOOC en forma de artículo científico durante el período de nacimiento y explosión (2010-2013) en dos de las bases de datos de revistas científicas más relevantes, Journal Citation Reports (WoS) y Scopus (Scimago). A través de una metodología descriptiva y cuantitativa se presentan los datos bibliométricos más significativos por su índice de cita y repercusión. Asimismo, mediante la metodología de Análisis de Redes Sociales (ARS) se realiza un análisis de co-ocurrencia con representación en grafo de las palabras clave de los artículos para la determinación de los campos de estudio e investigación. Los resultados muestran que tanto el número de artículos publicados en ambas bases de datos como las citas que reciben presentan un índice medio-bajo de impacto y la red temática de interrelaciones en los resúmenes y palabras clave de los artículos publicados no reflejan la crítica actual de los medios divulgativos generales.

Sumidos en un sistema académico en donde los planes de estudio capacitan a los estudiantes en det... more Sumidos en un sistema académico en donde los planes de estudio capacitan a los estudiantes en determinadas competencias para desarrollar una futura profesión, las redes sociales, como entornos especializados fundamentalmente en educación no formal, los preparan para adquirir las emergentes e innovadoras competencias que no se contemplan en el currículo. En este artículo se exponen los resultados de un proyecto de innovación financiado por el Instituto de Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Sevilla y la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Sociales de la Universidad de Carabobo (Venezuela), así como se da cuenta de una experiencia colaborativa de buenas prácticas. Se ha trabajado con una muestra total de 175 estudiantes, de los cuales 55 pertenecen a la titulación de Administración Comercial (Universidad de Carabobo, Venezuela), y el resto a la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación (Universidad de Sevilla, España). Entre las conclusiones más significativas, se afirma que la red social Facebook, como entorno de aprendizaje para conocer y compartir los códigos de respuesta rápida o códigos QR, es una herramienta que el alumnado define como cercana, fiable, de fácil manejo y que posee muchas ventajas con respecto a otros entornos, ya que se convierte en un espacio donde se conocen personas de distintos lugares y que comparten experiencias educativas comunes. Además, se hace hincapié en que, al utilizar Facebook, pueden adquirirse y/o desarrollarse competencias instrumentales, interpersonales y sistémicas.

Los procesos formativos actuales están sufriendo una reorganización y orientación desde los princ... more Los procesos formativos actuales están sufriendo una reorganización y orientación desde los principios de gratuidad y masividad. A este tipo de formación se la ha denominado con la sigla inglesa MOOC (Massive On-line Open Course) y ha irrumpido con fuerza en el contexto de la educación universitaria, planeándose un futuro excitante, inquietante y completamente impredecible según los últimos acontecimientos. El manuscrito que se presenta consiste en una firme e innovadora propuesta conceptual y práctica de lo que debería ser el avance metodológico del siglo XXI, en lo que al diseño de acciones educativas no formales organizadas desde la Educación Superior. Concretamente, se exponen los elementos clave que todo MOOC debiera tener para satisfacer metodológica y pedagógicamente al alumnado más exigente. El objetivo general de este trabajo era diseñar, producir y evaluar un curso sobre conceptualización y utilización didáctica de los códigos de respuesta rápida códigos QR), dirigido a estudiantes de cualquier nivel educativo. La evaluación de la propuesta fue realizada por estudiantes de Educación Primaria y de Pedagogía de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de Sevilla, arrojando resultados muy satisfactorios.

Las analíticas web se están convirtiendo en unas poderosas herramientas para conocer el comportam... more Las analíticas web se están convirtiendo en unas poderosas herramientas para conocer el comportamiento y la interacción que los internautas establecen dentro de un entramado de páginas web. En este artículo se presenta el análisis de la comunidad virtual DIPRO2.0 (Referencia de proyecto: EDU200908893EDUC, financiado por el Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación del Gobierno de España) utilizando la herramienta de estadística analítica que proporciona el programa OneStat.com en su versión básica. Como conclusiones, y por el número de usuarios registrados, más de 400 personas, la comunidad virtual es bastante activa, suelen entrar desde enlaces web almacenados en sus "favoritos"; también mantiene una media de visitas mensuales que permanece constante desde su nacimiento, alrededor de las 25.000, aunque siempre con un leve incremento; es una comunidad virtual con un fuerte grado de internacionalización, aspecto que se puede observar desde una doble posición; por una parte, por la nacionalidad de las personas que se encuentran registradas (España, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, República Dominicana, México,...), como por las nacionalidades de las personas que la visitan, más de 40 países diferentes. Es una comunidad virtual, con una fuerte penetración de profesionales del mundo latinoamericano. Pocos son los países latinos que no se encuentran representados.
Web analytics are becoming a powerful tool to understand the behavior and interaction that Internet set within a framework of web pages. This paper presents the analysis of virtual community DIPRO2.0 (Project reference: EDU200908893EDUC,
financed by the Ministry of Science and Innovation of the Government of Spain) using the analytical statistics provided by the program OneStat.com, basic version. As conclusions, and by number of registered users, more than 400, the virtual community is very active, often come from web links stored in your "favorites" also maintains an average monthly visits that remains constant from commissioning, about of 25.000, with a slight increase, is an online community with high internationalization, something that can be seen from two point of view: by the nationality of the persons who are registered (Spain, Venezuela , Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Dominican Republic, Mexico, ...), and for the nationalities of the people who visit more than 40 different countries. It is a virtual community, with a strong penetration of professionals from Latin America. Few Latin American countries that are not represented.

La construcción del EEES nos propone una transformación radical de la educación superior y sus do... more La construcción del EEES nos propone una transformación radical de la educación superior y sus dos actores fundamentales: el profesor (de actor a diseñador de escenarios mediados de aprendizaje) y el alumno (de espectador a actor de su formación). En este nuevo contexto, no cabe duda que las TIC, y especialmente las telemáticas, jugarán un papel significativo, por las posibilidades que ofrecen, para incorporar diferentes materiales (web, clip de vídeo, documentos en variados formatos,�), adaptarlos a las necesidades de los estudiantes, propiciar la formación en múltiples escenarios, establecer comunicaciones sincrónicas y asincrónicas entre los actores del acto didáctico, y romper las tradicionales variables de espacio y tiempo. Ello llevará necesariamente a que la Universidad desarrolle centros de ayuda a la producción audiovisual, multimedia y telemática para sus miembros, prever las necesidades de infraestructuras, y redefinir los servicios actualmente creados. Ante esta realidad hemos procedido a la identificación (descripción de características y servicios) y análisis (estudio de buenas prácticas) de los servicios de medios audiovisuales y nuevas tecnologías existentes en las universidades españolas, y de sus actividades de apoyo al profesorado para la adaptación al EEES. Hemos diseñado una Guía (criterios y descriptores), de indudable referente para la creación y desarrollo de estos servicios en las universidades como respuesta a los nuevos tiempos. Gracias a las aportaciones del amplio equipo de investigadores y a la combinación metodológica (análisis documental, análisis de web, entrevistas, cuestionario...) podemos proponer ejemplos de prácticas de valor, que bien podrían transferirse o generalizarse a otros contextos universitarios.
Construction of EHEA proposes us a radical transformation of higher education and their main actors: teacher (from actor to designer of the learning scenarios) and student (from spectator to actor of their learning). There is no doubt that in this new context ICT�s (Information and Communication Technologies) and especially the telematic ones will have a very significant role due to the possibilities they offer to incorporate different types of materials (websites, videoclips, documents in different formats,�), to adapt them to student necessities, to favor training in multiples learning stages, to establish synchronic and asynchronic communications between the different actors of the didactic act and to break the traditional variables of space and time. This will be required Universities to create support centers for audiovisual, multimedia and telematic production for its professors, to foresee infrastructures needs, and to redefine the latest services created. Due to reality, we have started to identificate (characteristic and service description) and analyze (study of good practices) audiovisual resources and new technology services in Spanish universities amonhg the faculty support activities to get adapted to the EHEA. As an answer to a new era, we have designed a guide (criterias and describers) as a reference to create and develop these services at universities. Thanks to a wide contribution of researchers and to the methodological combination (documental analysis, web analysis, interviews, questionnaire...), we can propose examples of good practices that could be transferred or generalized in other university contexts.

Por un lado alberga una gran cantidad de códigos QR, clasificándose según su ámbito (moda, cine,...) y por otro lado, ubicamos un espacio en donde se alojan diferentes propuestas o buenas prácticas de utilización de estos códigos en la enseñanza en general.

El trabajo presentado es el resultado de una investigación que llevó por objetivo principal la cr... more El trabajo presentado es el resultado de una investigación que llevó por objetivo principal la creación de un portal formativo de habilidades sociales para la convivencia escolar como red de interacción docente en los centros educativos andaluces. Ha sido financiado por el Fondo Social Europeo y la Consejería de Empleo (Servicio Andaluz de Empleo) de la Junta de Andalucía, con referencia 7056 AC/09. Hasta llegar a las elaboraciones de los productos finales, se entrevistaron a una representación de profesores/as de enseñanza privada no universitaria y de diversos niveles educativos andaluces. Como resultados más relevantes de este trabajo se destaca el hecho de haberse mejorado el grado de satisfacción del docente en materia de habilidades sociales, convivencia escolar y resolución de conflictos en el aula; la creación y puesta en funcionamiento de un portal formativo que está permitiendo la interacción entre los miembros de la comunidad educativa, generando una red social que ofrece diversas vías de comunicación para la mejora de las relaciones entre la familia y el centro escolar; que se ha mejorado el conocimiento en torno a la materia que nos ocupa, sirviendo como facilitador de los siguientes recursos: legislación desarrollada en materia de convivencia escolar y habilidades sociales, modelos de convivencia escolar, medidas existentes para el desarrollo de la convivencia escolar, técnicas de resolución de conflictos, e instrumentos y técnicas sobre habilidades sociales; y el que se haya favorecido la utilización de las Nuevas Tecnologías en los centros de enseñanza privada y privada concertada de Andalucía.

Up to the working of the final products, were interviewed a representation of teachers from private schools and non university educational levels Andalusians. As most relevant results of this study highlights the fact that he improved satisfaction in teaching social skills, school life and conflict resolution in the classroom, the creation and operation of an educational portal that is allowing the interaction between members of the education community, creating a social network that provides various communication channels to improve relationships between family and school, which has improved knowledge about the matter at hand, serving as facilitator of the following resources: developed legislation on school life and social skills, school life models, existing measures for the development of school life, conflict resolution techniques, and tools and techniques on social skills and which has favored the use of new technologies in the private schools and private concert in Andalusia.

Now that the first moments of the information explosion have passed, a rigorous analysis of the effect of the movement in high-impact scientific world is needed in order to assess the state of the art and future lines of research. This study analyzes the impact of the MOOC movement in the form of scientific article during the birth and explosion period (2010-2013) in two of the most relevant databases: Journal Citation Reports (WoS) and Scopus (Scimago). We present, through a descriptive and quantitative methodology, the most significant bibliometric data according to citation index and database impact. Furthermore, with the use of a methodology based on social network analysis (SNA), an analysis of the article’s keyword co-occurrence is presented through graphs to determine the fields of study and research. The results show that both the number of articles published and the citations received in both databases present a medium-low significant impact, and the conceptual network of relationships in the abstracts and keywords does not reflect the current analysis developed in general educational media.
Web analytics are becoming a powerful tool to understand the behavior and interaction that Internet set within a framework of web pages. This paper presents the analysis of virtual community DIPRO2.0 (Project reference: EDU200908893EDUC,
financed by the Ministry of Science and Innovation of the Government of Spain) using the analytical statistics provided by the program OneStat.com, basic version. As conclusions, and by number of registered users, more than 400, the virtual community is very active, often come from web links stored in your "favorites" also maintains an average monthly visits that remains constant from commissioning, about of 25.000, with a slight increase, is an online community with high internationalization, something that can be seen from two point of view: by the nationality of the persons who are registered (Spain, Venezuela , Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Dominican Republic, Mexico, ...), and for the nationalities of the people who visit more than 40 different countries. It is a virtual community, with a strong penetration of professionals from Latin America. Few Latin American countries that are not represented.
Construction of EHEA proposes us a radical transformation of higher education and their main actors: teacher (from actor to designer of the learning scenarios) and student (from spectator to actor of their learning). There is no doubt that in this new context ICT�s (Information and Communication Technologies) and especially the telematic ones will have a very significant role due to the possibilities they offer to incorporate different types of materials (websites, videoclips, documents in different formats,�), to adapt them to student necessities, to favor training in multiples learning stages, to establish synchronic and asynchronic communications between the different actors of the didactic act and to break the traditional variables of space and time. This will be required Universities to create support centers for audiovisual, multimedia and telematic production for its professors, to foresee infrastructures needs, and to redefine the latest services created. Due to reality, we have started to identificate (characteristic and service description) and analyze (study of good practices) audiovisual resources and new technology services in Spanish universities amonhg the faculty support activities to get adapted to the EHEA. As an answer to a new era, we have designed a guide (criterias and describers) as a reference to create and develop these services at universities. Thanks to a wide contribution of researchers and to the methodological combination (documental analysis, web analysis, interviews, questionnaire...), we can propose examples of good practices that could be transferred or generalized in other university contexts.
During the academic year 2011/12 and 2012/13 a group of teachers1, is conducting a teaching innovation project is to design, produce, implement and evaluate the usefulness of QR codes in education, using the network Facebook2. The observatory houses a large amount of QR codes, according to the following taxonomy proposed by the students participating in the study: food and beverages, art, banking, shoes, movies, shopping, personal care, education, electronics, events, information, real estate, jewelry, toys, books, newspapers, comics, logistics and transportation, furniture and decor, fashion, music, artwork, stationery, catering, health, snuff, vehicles, cars, and travel. Finally, we developed a virtual space (workspace) of good practice in the use of these new resources 2.0.
The work presented is the result of an investigation that led primary objective the creation of a social skills training portal for coexistence and interaction network school teachers in schools in Andalusia. It has been funded by the European Social Fund and the Employment (Andalusian Employment Service) of the Government of Andalusia, with reference 7056 AC/09. Up to the working of the final products, were interviewed a representation of teachers from private schools and non university educational levels Andalusians. As most relevant results of this study highlights the fact that he improved satisfaction in teaching social skills, school life and conflict resolution in the classroom, the creation and operation of an educational portal that is allowing the interaction between members of the education community, creating a social network that provides various communication channels to improve relationships between family and school, which has improved knowledge about the matter at hand, serving as facilitator of the following resources: developed legislation on school life and social skills, school life models, existing measures for the development of school life, conflict resolution techniques, and tools and techniques on social skills and which has favored the use of new technologies in the private schools and private concert in Andalusia.
