William Velez
William Vélez is Professor Emeritus of Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He received his Ph.D. in Sociology from Yale University in 1983. His scholarship is broadly focused on educational and housing issues with specialized research interests in Latino urban populations.
